利用qboxrsctl 命令行辅助工具，增加七牛云存储镜像源绑定的IP地址。
官方在线面板只能绑定域名，不能绑定IP。

百度如今才推出公众DNS不免有些迟了，IP倒是一般不算太好记，延迟上面还是不如114DNS低，我这里测试结果是30ms左右。
至于实际效果怎么样只有等待时间的考验。
电信的163骨干网是怎么了
近期202.97.XX.XX严重丢包，现在是不分时间段全天候丢包。美国方向，欧洲方向线路最为明显。
